  2. Shipping Carriers: We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Our shipping carrier selection is determined by the size and weight of the package, as well as the shipping address.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You will be able to view the shipping cost during checkout before submitting your order. 

  4. Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

  5. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

  6. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed by the customer, it may be returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you to determine how to proceed with your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the shipping address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is a secure location where you can receive packages.
